would require the submission of the Vehicle Choice Report by the Secretary of Commerce and increase the clean vehicle tax credit, the previously-owned clean vehicle credit, and the alternative fuel refueling property tax credit.

would direct the U.S. Comptroller General, in coordination with the National Academy of Sciences, to study alternatives for a nonpartisan congressional office or agency to project the net greenhouse gas emissions likely to be caused by federal legislation.

would revise the boundaries of a unit of the John H. Chafee Coastal Barrier Resources System in Topsail, North Carolina.

would provide that the Administrator of NOAA shall not issue an interim or final rule that includes an area closure in the South Atlantic for species managed under the Snapper-Grouper Fishery Management Plan until the South Atlantic Great Red Snapper Count study is complete and the data related to that study is integrated into the stock assessment. 

would prohibit the implementation of certain documents until the Assistant Administrator for Fisheries of NMFS issues documents relating to the Rice's whale. 

would establish a process to expedite the review of appeals of certain decisions by DOI.

would amend the Internal Revenue Code to provide an above-the-line deduction for flood insurance premiums.

would amend the Internal Revenue Code to provide a tax credit for taxpayers who remove lead-based hazards.

would amend the John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act to designate as a component of the National Heritage Area System the Kentucky Wildlands National Heritage Area in the state of Kentucky.

would amend the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act to add an economic cause as an allowable cause to declare a fishery resource disaster.
