would authorize and strengthen NOAA's tsunami detection, forecast, warning, research, and mitigation program. 

would authorize FEMA to award mitigation financial assistance in certain areas affected by wildfires.

would provide for the establishment of a pilot program to train individuals for employment in the renewable energy and energy efficiency industries.

would designate certain National Forest System lands and certain public lands under the jurisdiction of DOI in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming as wilderness, wild and scenic rivers, wildland recovery areas, and biological connecting corridors.

would amend the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act to improve compensation for workers involved in uranium mining.

would direct DOI to study the feasibility of designating the Chief Standing Bear National Historic Trail.
