provides for the elimination or modification of various federal reporting requirements.

would revise the boundaries of several units in the John H. Chafee Coastal Barrier Resources System in North Carolina.

would permit commercial applicators of pesticides to retain and submit pesticide application-related records and other information in electronic form.

would provide short-term water supplies to drought-stricken California. 

would direct the Secretary of the Interior to enter into the Big Sandy River-Planet Ranch Water Rights Settlement Agreement and the Hualapai Tribe Bill Williams River Water Rights Settlement Agreement, to provide for the lease land located within Planet Ranch on the Bill Williams River to benefit the Lower Colorado River Multi-Species Conservation Program, and to provide for the settlement of water rights claims in the Bill Williams River watershed in Arizona.
