would amend the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act to provide flexibility for managers and stability for fishermen in the the Gulf of Mexico Red Snapper fishery.

would provide for the establishment of standards governing discharges incidental to the normal operation of a vessel.

would designate a mountain in the John Muir Wilderness of the Sierra National Forest as ''Sky Point.''

would direct DOI to promulgate regulations to allow the use of hand-propelled vessels on certain rivers and streams that flow in and through certain federal lands in Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park, and the John D. Rockefeller, Jr. Memorial Parkway.
