would amend the Energy Policy Act of 2005 to modify the Pilot Project offices of the Federal Permit Streamlining Pilot Project.

would amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to clarify that tar sands are crude oil for purposes of the federal excise tax on petroleum.

would authorize the Administrator of EPA to award grants to owners or operators of water systems to increase resiliency or adaptability of the systems to any ongoing or forecasted changes to the hydrologic conditions of a region of the United States.
