would require congressional and state approval of national monuments, and provide restrictions on the use of national monuments.

would amend TSCA to clarify the jurisdiction of EPA with respect to certain sporting good articles, and to exempt those articles from a definition under the act.

would establish the Susquehanna Gateway National Heritage Area in Pennsylvania. 

would amend the Indian Tribal Energy Development and Self-Determination Act of 2005. 

would reauthorize the state infrastructure bank program.

would provide for consideration of H.R. 161, which would provide for the timely consideration of all licenses, permits, and approvals required under federal law with respect to the siting, construction, expansion, or operation of any natural gas pipeline projects. 

would establish the American Infrastructure Fund, to provide bond guarantees and make loans to states, local governments, and infrastructure providers for

would establish the Gold Butte National Conservation Area in Clark County, Nevada, and designate wilderness area.
