would provide for congressional disapproval under Chapter 8 of Title 5, U.S. Code, of the rule submitted by EPA relating to "Waste Emissions Charge for Petroleum and Natural Gas Systems: Procedures for Facilitating Compliance, Including Netting and Exemptions."

would reauthorize the Nutria Eradication and Control Act of 2003.

would direct the Secretary of the Interior to reissue a final rule relating to removing the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem population of grizzly bears from the federal list of endangered and threatened wildlife.

would establish an interest-bearing account for the nonfederal contributions to the Lower Colorado River Multi-Species Conservation Program.

would require the Under Secretary of Commerce for Standards and Technology and the Administrator of NOAA to develop a standard methodology for identifying the country of origin of seafood to support enforcement against illegal, unreported, and unregulated fishing.
