United States v. Robert Bosch LLC

A proposed modification to a 1994 consent decree concerning response costs the United States incurred responding to the release or threat of release of hazardous substances at the Bendix/Bosch Braking Systems Superfund site in St. Joseph, Michigan, removes the decree's cap on the settling CERCLA defendant's future oversight cost liability and recovers a portion of past response costs incurred by EPA at the site.
