would withdraw certain National Forest System land in the Emigrant Crevice area located in Custer Gallatin National Forest in Park County, Montana, from the mining and mineral leasing laws of the United States.

would facilitate the development of energy on Indian lands by reducing federal regulations that impede tribal development of Indian lands.
