would make appropriations for DOI, EPA, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2021.

would amend the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009 to make the Reclamation Water Settlements Fund permanent.

would require the Secretary of Commerce, acting through the Administrator of NOAA, to establish a digital information platform that integrates coastal data with decision-support tools, training, and best practices, and support the collection of coastal geospatial data to inform and improve local, state, regional, and federal management of the coastal region.

would authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2021 for military activities of DOD for military construction, and for defense activities of DOE.

would amend the America COMPETES Act to reauthorize the DOE Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy program.
