would release the reversionary interest of the United States in certain nonfederal land in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The bill would make appropriations for DOI, EPA, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024.

would amend the Small Business Act to enhance the Office of Credit Risk Management, and require the Small Business Administration Administrator to issue rules relating to environmental obligations of certified development companies.

would increase the minimum disaster loan amount for which the Small Business Administration may require collateral.

would amend the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to establish a deadline for applying for disaster unemployment assistance. 

would establish the Chiricahua National Park in Arizona as a unit of the National Park System. 

would withdraw the National Forest System land in the Ruby Mountains subdistrict of the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest and the National Wildlife Refuge System land in Ruby Lake National Wildlife Refuge, Elko and White Pine Counties, Nevada, from operation under the mineral leasing laws. 

would withdraw certain BLM land from mineral development.

would amend the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act to authorize the use of funds for certain additional Carey Act projects. 

would amend the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate certain segments of the Gila River system in New Mexico as components of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System, and provide for the transfer of administrative jurisdiction over certain federal land in New Mexico.
