would amend the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act to extend certain contract prepayment authority.

would amend the Colorado River Basin Salinity Control Act to modify certain requirements applicable to salinity control.

would provide that certain communications projects are not subject to requirements to prepare certain environmental or historical preservation reviews.

would amend the Energy Act of 2020 to require the Secretary of the Interior to include the Secretary of Health and Human Services in consultations regarding designations of critical minerals, elements, substances, and materials.  

 would reauthorize the Lake Tahoe Restoration Act.

would expedite under NEPA and improve forest management activities on National Forest System lands, on public lands under the jurisdiction of BLM, and on tribal lands to return resilience to overgrown, fire-prone forested lands. 

would provide for the protection of and investment in certain federal land in the state of California. 

would provide for the designation of certain wilderness areas, recreation management areas, and conservation areas in the state of Colorado. 

would improve public-private partnerships and increase federal research, development, and demonstration related to the evolution of next generation pipeline systems.

would reauthorize the Earthquake Hazards Reduction Act of 1977.
