The bill would amend the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate segments of the Kissimmee River and its tributaries in the state of Florida for study for potential addition to the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System.

The bill would amend the National Trails System Act to designate the Route 66 National Historic Trail.

 The bill would reauthorize the Federal Land Transaction Facilitation Act.

 The bill would establish the Medgar Evers National Monument in the state of Mississippi.

The bill would provide for the conveyance of a Forest Service site in Dolores County, Colorado, to be used for a fire station.

The bill would authorize the exchange of certain land located in Gulf Islands National Seashore, Jackson County, Mississippi, between the National Park Service and the Veterans of Foreign Wars, with an amendment in the nature of a substitute.

The bill would redesignate the small triangular property located in Washington, D.C., currently designated by the National Park Service as reservation 302, as "Robert Emmet Park."

 The bill would provide for the conveyance of certain land inholdings owned by the United States to the Tucson Unified School District and to the Pascua Yaqui Tribe of Arizona.

The bill would require the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture to more efficiently develop domestic sources of the minerals and mineral materials of strategic and critical importance to the economic and national security and manufacturing competitiveness of the United States.

The bill would designate the mountain at the Devils Tower National Monument, Wyoming, as Devils Tower.
