The bill would amend the Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972 to allow importation of polar bear trophies taken in sport hunts in Canada before the date the polar bear was determined to be a threatened species under the ESA.

The bill would provide for improvements to rivers and harbors of the United States and provide for the conservation and development of water and related resources.

The bill would make appropriations for DOI, EPA, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019.

The bill would provide for the conservation and development of water and related resources and authorize the Secretary of the Army to construct various projects for improvements to rivers and harbors of the United States.

The bill would support carbon dioxide utilization and direct air capture research and facilitate the permitting and development of carbon capture, utilization, and sequestration projects and carbon dioxide pipelines.
