would take certain federal land located in Tuolumne County, California, into trust for the benefit of the Tuolumne Band of Me-Wuk Indians.

would establish the Clear Creek National Recreation Area in San Benito and Fresno Counties, California; designate the Joaquin Rocks Wilderness in those counties, and designate additional components of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System.
