would revise the boundaries of several units of the John H. Chafee Coastal Barrier Resources System in North Carolina. 

would provide for the sale or transfer of approximatley 46,000 acres of federal lands to several Indian tribes in Nevada, and 275 acres to Elko County, Nevada for a motocross, bicycle, off-highway vehicle, or stock car racing area. 

would direct the Secretary of the Interior to enter into the Big Sandy River-Planet Ranch Water Rights Settlement Agreement and the Hualapai Tribe Bill Williams River Water Rights Settlement Agreement, to provide for the lease of land located within Planet Ranch on the Bill Williams River to benefit the Lower
Colorado River Multi-Species Conservation Program, and to provide for the settlement of specific water rights claims in the Bill Williams River watershed in Arizona.

would amend the Environmental Research, Development, and Demonstration Authorization Act of 1978 to provide for Scientific Advisory Board member qualifications and public participation.

would amend the act that established the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore in Wisconsin to adjust the boundary to include the lighthouse known as Ashland Harbor Breakwater Light. 

would require the Director of DOE Office of Science to carry out a research program on low-dose radiation to enhance the scientific understanding of and reduce uncertainties associated with the effects of exposure to low-dose radiation.

would amend the Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation Stamp Act to increase the price of Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation Stamps to fund the acquisition of conservation easements for migratory birds.
