would direct the Comptroller General of the United States to conduct a study on existing programs, rules, and authorities that enable or inhibit wildfire mitigation across land ownership boundaries on federal and nonfederal land. 

would direct the Secretary of the Interior to establish the Wildfire Science and Technology Advisory Board.

would establish an interagency working group to ensure the security, resiliency, and integrity of undersea cables.

would amend the Energy Policy Act of 2005 to support a program to advance the research, development, demonstration, and commercial application of small modular reactors and micro-reactors in order to accelerate the availability of U.S.-based technologies.
