would authorize the Secretary of the Interior to construct, operate, and maintain facilities in the Sun River project, Montana, for the purpose of hydroelectric power generation. 

would direct the president to transmit to Congress a plan to address rising energy prices in the United States. 

would maintain the National Coal Council in DOE to provide advice and recommendations to the Secretary of Energy on matters relating to coal and the coal industry. 

would require the Secretary of Energy to establish a program to provide federal financial assistance to support advanced nuclear reactors and associated supply chain infrastructure.
