would amend the Energy Independence and Security Act to fund job-creating improvements in energy and resiliency for federal buildings managed by the General Services Administration and enable a portfolio of clean buildings by 2030.

would amend Title XVII of the Energy Policy Act relating to the eligibility for loan guarantees for carbon capture, utilization, and storage projects.

would direct the Secretary of Energy to provide grants for energy improvements to certain public buildings.

would amend the Internal Revenue Code to allow the energy investment tax credit for electro-chromic glass.

would direct the Secretary of Labor to establish a renewable energy transition grant program and establish a National Employment Corps.

would support the financing of affordable and reliable energy projects by international financial institutions.

would require the Secretary of Energy to establish a grant program to improve the resiliency of the power grid to natural disasters and reduce the risk of wildfires caused by power lines.
