The Department of Environmental Quality proposed amendments to La. Admin. Code tit. 33, §1123. The proposed amendments would classify a subsegment of Mermentau River Basin as naturally dystrophic and establish seasonal dissolved oxygen criteria based on an addendum to a use attainability analysis that was conducted in the basin. The State Water Control Board proposed amendments to 9 Va. Admin. Code §25-260-185. The proposed amendments would include a reference to the November 17 Chesapeake Bay Criteria Assessment Protocols Addendum, which directs how Chesapeake Bay dissolved oxygen criteria should be assessed.
