Key Tronic Corp. v. United States

ELR Citation: ELR 21282
No(s). 91-36021 (9th Cir. Jul 21, 1994)

On remand from the U.S. Supreme Court, the court reverses an award of attorney fees for legal services rendered in negotiating a consent decree with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and litigating this Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act cost recovery action. Complying with the U.S. Supreme Court's mandate, the court affirms that portion of the award of attorney fees for services performed in searching for other parties responsible for the cleanup.
