would amend the Fish and Wildlife Act of 1956 to reauthorize the volunteer programs and community partnerships for the benefit of national wildlife refuges.

would authorize the Secretary of Agriculture and the Secretary of the Interior to enter into cooperative agreements with state foresters authorizing foresters to provide certain forest, rangeland, and watershed restoration and protection services.

would amend the Organic Foods Production Act of 1990 to require recordkeeping and authorize investigations and enforcement actions for violations of such Act.

would amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to establish the Coal Mitigation Trust Fund funded by a tax on coal extraction.

would authorize the Secretary of the Interior to take certain federal lands located in El Dorado County, California, into trust for the benefit of the Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians.
