would amend TSCA relating to lead-based paint renovation and remodeling activities.

would provide for the conveyance of small parcels of National Forest System land and small parcels of BLM administered lands to private landowners, state, county, and local governments, or Indian tribes whose lands share a boundary with public lands.

would establish a demonstration program for local, sustainable forest management for counties and local governments containing National Forest System land.
