A settling CERCLA and RCRA defendant must reimburse EPA for past and future response costs incurred at the Chemtronics Superfund site in Buncombe County, North Carolina, and perform work set forth in the second amendment to the 1988 record of decision issued by EPA on September 29, 2016.
