would modify the boundaries of the Pole Creek Wilderness, the Owyhee River Wilderness, and the North Fork Owyhee Wilderness and authorize the continued use of motorized vehicles for livestock monitoring, herding, and grazing in certain wilderness areas in the state of Idaho.
