Would amend the ESA to include a prohibition on the listing of a living nonnative species as a threatened species or an endangered species
Would amend the ESA to establish a program to allow states to assume certain federal responsibilities under that Act with respect to agency actions applicable to highway projects within the states.
The bill would amend the ESA to conform citizen suits under that Act with other existing law.
The bill would amend the ESA to provide that nonnative species in the United States shall not be treated as endangered species or threatened species for purposes of that Act.
The bill would direct the Secretary of the Interior to reissue final rules relating to listing of the gray wolf in the Western Great Lakes and Wyoming under the ESA.
