The bill would provide for consideration of bill H.R. 1119, which would establish the bases by which the Administrator of EPA shall issue, implement, and enforce certain emission limitations and allocations for existing electric utility steam generating units that convert coal refuse into energy, as well as bill H.R.

would amend the Internal Revenue Code to provide for carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gas emission fees, reduce the rate of the corporate income tax, provide tax credits to workers, and deliver additional benefits to retired and disabled Americans.
