United States v. Utica Resource Operating, LLC

A settling CAA defendant that allegedly failed to comply with rules for preventing uncontrolled volatile organic compound emissions at a number of its oil and natural gas production well pads in Ohio must pay a $1 million civil penalty, complete injunctive relief at fifteen well pads to come into compliance with new source performance standards and the facilities’ operating permits, and implement mitigation measures at many of its well pads.
