United States v. Trialco Aluminum, LLC

Under a proposed consent decree concerning emissions of hazardous air pollutants from an aluminum production facility located in Chicago Heights, Illinois, a settling CAA defendant must pay a $1 million civil penalty, perform an updated assessment of its capture and collection system, adopt and implement a new operation, maintenance, and monitoring plan, and apply for a new federally enforceable state operating permit with revised operating limits.
