United States v. Pilkington North America, Inc.

A settling CAA defendant that failed to obtain appropriate permits and to install and employ the best available control technology at Furnace No. 1 of its glass manufacturing facility in Laurinburg, North Carolina, must install equipment to control and monitor certain furnace emissions, meet interim and final emissions limits, incorporate certain requirements of the decree into a permit, and perform a project to mitigate excess particulate matter emissions.
