United States v. Nevada Cement Co.

A settling CAA defendant who upgraded five major parts of its cement plant in Fernley, Nevada, and changed its manner of operations without installing any pollution controls must achieve substantial reductions of nitrogen oxides, set a sulfur dioxide limit, perform two mitigation projects, and pay a $550,000 civil penalty.
