A settling CAA defendant must take specified actions to come into compliance with the CAA, pay a civil penalty of $2 million, and take several pollution mitigation actions to reduce volatile organic compound emissions in connection with alleged violations of the Leak Detection and Repair provisions and other requirements in the Act's new source performance standards and NESHAPs.
