United States v. Honeywell International, Inc.

A settling CERCLA defendant that is a liable party in connection with the release of hazardous substances into a portion of the Buffalo River in Buffalo, New York, from the early 1900s through at least the mid-1900s must pay $4,250,000 to the Natural Resource Trustees to compensate for natural resources damages.
