United States v. Gear Box Z, Inc.

A settling CAA defendant that manufactured or sold vehicle parts that bypass, defeat, and/or render inoperative the vehicle's installed emission controls must stop manufacturing, selling, or installing such vehicle parts, destroy any remaining devices in their inventory, surrender all intellectual property related to the devices, and pay a civil penalty of $10,000.
