United States v. Empire Iron Mining Partnership

A settling CAA defendant that violated environmental regulations governing taconite mines and processing plants, and particulate matter emissions from certain sources at its taconite processing plant in Palmer, Michigan, must implement procedures to improve future compliance with the CAA and state regulations, and pay a $75,000 civil penalty.
