A settling RCRA, CAA, and CWA defendant that violated federal and state environmental laws during the production of agrichemicals at a manufacturing plant located in La Porte, Texas, must pay a civil penalty of $3,195,000 ($1,710,000 to the United States and $1,485,000 to Texas), pay attorneys' fees of $225,000 to Texas, and perform injunctive relief to resolve the violations alleged in the complaint.
