United States v. Cemex, Inc.

A settling CAA defendant that violated PSD, operating permit, and state law requirements at Portland cement facilities it owned or operated in Knoxville, Tennessee, and Odessa, Texas, must pay $1,690,000 in civil penalties, install pollution control equipment, agree to federally enforceable limits for nitrogen oxide and sulfur dioxide emissions, and perform an environmental mitigation project.
