Under a proposed consent decree concerning the recovery of response costs regarding the Ley Creek Deferred Media Operable Unit of the Onondaga Lake Superfund site in Salina and Dewitt, New York, settling CERCLA defendants must pay EPA $12.7 million for its past and future response costs at the site.
