Under a proposed consent decree concerning releases of hazardous waste at a steel production facility in Middletown, Ohio, a settling RCRA defendant must complete corrective actions at seven areas in and around the facility that the defendant has been developing with EPA oversight pursuant to a 2006 consent decree.
