Under a proposed consent decree concerning the release or threat of release of hazardous substances at the Henry's Knob Superfund site in York County, South Carolina, a settling CERCLA defendant must pay all of the United States' unreimbursed past response costs, totaling $471,405.16, as well as the United States' future response costs, and perform the interim remedial action that EPA selected for the site.
