An administrative law judge (ALJ) denied a motion filed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to consolidate two complaints it filed against a company for various environmental violations, including alleged violations under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act in September 2001. In August 2003 the EPA filed a motion with intentions to amend the complaint already filed against the cmpany.
