The Department of the Environment proposed to adopt regulations implementing California’s Advanced Clean Trucks regulation. The regulations would require manufacturers of vehicles in weight Classes 2b-8 to meet an annual zero emission vehicle (ZEV) requirement intended to increase the percentage of ZEVs sold in Maryland.
