The Department of Environmental Conservation proposed amendments to regulations concerning environmental remediation programs. Among other changes, the amendments would enhance requirements pertaining to the Inactive Hazardous Waste Disposal Site Remedial Program and the Environmental Restoration Program, and update soil cleanup objectives based on review and comments received by Department staff and the Department of Health.
