The Department of Energy and Environment proposed to adopt Chapter 30, Pavement Sealant Regulations. This proposed new chapter would implement the provisions of The Limitations on Products Containing Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH) Amendments Act of 2018, which mandates that no person shall sell, offer for sale, use, or permit to be used on property owned, a high-PAH sealant product.
