would amend the Energy Policy and Conservation Act to prohibit exports of crude and refined oil and certain petroleum products to the People's Republic of China.

would prohibit the Secretary of Energy from sending petroleum products from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve to China.

would prohibit the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture from prohibiting the use of lead ammunition or tackle on certain federal land or water under the jurisdiction of the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture.
