would amend the Solid Waste Disposal Act to encourage recovery and beneficial use of coal combustion residuals, and establish requirements for the proper management and disposal of coal combustion residuals that are protective of human health and the environment.

would modify the efficiency standards for grid-enabled water heaters.

would clarify the definition of navigable waters.

would assist in the conservation of rare felids and rare canids by providing financial resources for the conservation programs of nations within the range of rare felid and rare canid populations and projects of persons with demonstrated expertise in the conservation of rare felids and rare canids.

would clarify the scope of eligible water resource projects under the Water Resources Development Act and the Water Resources Reform and Development Act.

would amend the SDWA to reauthorize technical assistance to small public water systems.

would amend the Water Resources Research Act to reauthorize grants for, and require applied water supply research regarding the water resources research and technology institutes established under that act.

would authorize DOI to coordinate federal and state permitting processes related to the construction of new surface water storage projects on lands under the jurisdiction of DOI and USDA, and to designate the Bureau of Reclamation as the lead agency for permit processing.
