Submissions ELR invites readers to submit articles for publication. Manuscripts may be on any subject of environmental, natural resources, health and safety, toxic tort, or land use law or policy. Footnotes should be created using WordPerfect®'s or Microsoft Word®'s footnote functions. Citations should conform to A Uniform System of Citation, 17th Edition (2000) (the "Bluebook"), with ELR cites for materials that we have published. Manuscripts may be submitted on disk or by e-mail attachment. We prefer that the file be written in WordPerfect® or Microsoft Word® format. Electronic submissions speed our printing process. Manuscripts should be sent to: Editor-in-Chief or e-mailed to: schang@eli.org The editors will review manuscripts within four days of receipt and return unaccepted manuscripts if they are accompanied by a stamped envelope.
