The Administrative Materials service provides access to a collection of important regulatory documents issued by the federal agencies and the President. ELR's Guidance & Policy collection contains an index of federal agency policy guidance documents. These informal agency memoranda are written by agency officials as internal guidance for the enforcement of federal laws. Use the Guidance & Policy database to locate these policy documents.

The EAB (Environmental Appeals Board) decisions database contains decisions issued by EPA's administrative high court. The decisions are presented in either full text or digested format. The EAB cases are listed in alphabetical order and include short parenthetical descriptions of each case. Full-text decisions are preceded by a brief syllabus prepared either by EPA or, if indicated, ELR editors. Decisions that are digested contain the syllabus and a link to the full-text decision.

Executive Orders contains the text of the major federal Executive Orders dealing with environmental issues. The list of Executive Orders is presented by number and title.

The Federal Regulations Outline lists the major federal environmental regulations by program subject and provides citations to where these regulations appear in the Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R.). Each individual C.F.R. section is followed by a complete listing of Federal Register citations for regulatory amendments that have been published since the issuance of the current C.F.R.

The EPA Administrative Law Judges database contains digested and full-text EPA ALJ decisions under RCRA. Use the list of published RCRA ALJ decisions, which are followed by a short subject description of each case, and the Index of Regulatory Provisions Cited, which lists ALJ decisions that cite particular sections of the C.F.R., to find ALJ decisions relevant to your research.
